Otherwise, barefoot is more comfortable!!

well if its ballroom or with a man definitely heels but if its anything else barefeet...i love dancing barefoot its so fun and it really helps...

Barefoot. I'm always barefoot, but even when I still wore shoes I never wore high heels, not for anything or anyone! They're instruments of torture.

I always dance barefoot. It's just more fun.

I don't feel free when I wear shoes.

Well, I'd rather dance alone in my barefeet, but I wouldn't chance it if I were going to "couple dance".  The best thing to wear when you dance is a pair of shoes with an inch and a half heel.  It elevates enough to place oneself on the balls of your feet (where you should dance) but isn't uncomfortably high so that you feel as if you might fall over.

Dancing should be done in the shoes that are appropriate for the style. It's safer this way.
