Question

So..

How long do periods take till they go away?

as in how many days.

For me it started on Sunday.

And this Saturday am supposed to go to this HUGE roller coaster park.

And I don't want my periods then, because i would have to worry about changing pads and if there is a blood mark on my pants and things like that. because they'll be many guys there. And i have these really bad stomachaches and it would really suck if I felt pain while going on one of the crazy Rollercoasters, because am into fast and crazy Rollercoasters.

So would it maybe be gone by like Friday night or Saturday morning??

depends on how ur body is....for me it takes seven days...if it started on subday uir best bet would be sat just to be on the safe side

Every girls body is different, some get it for 3 days, some 4, some 5, some for the whole week stretch. As for me, I get it for the whole week stretch. You should keep track of your period on a calender, and your previous periods, and how long they last. If you mark it you will know when you will get it the next time! ..

As for cramps, the best medicine to take is Ibuprofen.. I swear, that takes away the cramping pain so fast. Either that, or Motrin, Tylenol.. & even Midol -- but that causes symptoms for me, so I take Ibo.

A period typically lasts 5-7 days, so you should be done by Saturday.

yes i think it should be gone by saturday, but every girl is different so no one really knows

It should definitely be gone by Saturday. Periods usually last 3-7 days. The average is 5 days though. And the cramps are usually earlier in the period, so you shouldn't have any when you're just ending. Good luck and have fun!
