Lady and the Tramp? ^-^?

How does the owner know the Tramp's name? Because in Lady in the Tramp 2, the owner says, "Come here Tramp." LOL just curious xD

In the first movie, Tramp has different names at every house that he stops at for dinner.  I don't know that any of the dogs actually call him Tramp, I think they call him "a tramp".

he wasnt calling his name , tramp ,actually was a tramp, and that was just a name to call him

Tramp isn't just his name, it's also a term referring to a traveler - a popular term in the 30s, when the movie was made.  This is why he's called the Tramp.

Interesting fact - a tramp is different from a hobo (in the 30s lingo).  A hobo is "down on their luck" and always headed home, whereas a tramp is someone who does odd jobs, but never plans to have a home.  So technically, once Tramp moves in with the Darlings he should have another name.

I'm guessing they tried different names and then they either stumbled into the name by accident.
