my friend just told me the other day that she has been doing this weird exercise thing with her v****a can that be to tighten it or what i didnt know what to say when she told me that she says you sqeeze with your v****a like when you pee and you stop it thats what she does during the day not peeing but that feeling can this really work

  2. Yep, Kegal exercises. A lot of women do not know about these but they do work. There are also Kegal exercisers out there which assist you in the developement of those muscles by giving something to work with... admittedly it looks sorta like a d***o.

    Try it. Not only does it work for your v****a, but some women experience butt lift as well as a result of the surrounding muscles working as well.  

  3. Yep, they are Kegel exercises and they work great! They are good for during pregnancy, after delivery, and just to keep them tight. I do them, and believe me, my husband appreciates it! hahahaa

    women who are pregnant do them to help with incontinence or after birth to help tighten back up the v****a muscles. very easy do do and no1 knows ur doing them
