Laguna Beach???................?

Question

Does anybody know the name of the song that is played when Lauren Conrad, Lo Bosworth and Stephen Colletti graduate from high school on Laguna Beach.

The episode is called "Graduation Day" and the song is on the bit where you can see the montage of class of 2004 photos and see all the kids collecting their diplomas.

Please help! I really like it and its driving me mad not knowing what its called!
