  1. William Henry Harrison, He laid back after 31 days in office and did nothing more. Explanation: he died 1 month into his term.


  2. Chester Allen Arthur, by far. 21st President, Republican Sept. 19th 1881-1885. Followed Garfield after Garfield's assassination. Chester was quite the laid by President and quite the character.

  3. Actually George W. Bush , and Frankilin D. Rooseevelt would be my choices.
