Lake berryessa,CA speed limit?

i know all the major resorts are closed down. but someone told me that the speed limit for the whole lake is 5 mph due to the low water levels. is this true? please reply soon.need to decide whether we should go camping.

I live near the lake and have not heard this at all. I have lived here for over 35 years and have seen droughts here several times and never have they set a speed limit any where near 5mph at the lake. They may be talking about Lake Henesy which only allows little electric engines on it. It is on the way to lake Berryessa.
