Lakemont master-planned community Richmond/Katy, TX?

Does anyone know about the Lakemont neighborhood? The section we are looking to buy in to is built by lennar..We don't know much about the area and want to know what type of people live there? Age, married, unmarried, families, race, etc...We know that most neighborhoods are mixed in demographics but want to make sure we fit in....Thanks!

Lennar builds track homes so there's nothing really special that another builder can't provide.

You want to make sure you are in the Katy ISD. This is the best funded and most equipped school district in Texas. If schooling is a priority then that's the one to make sure you are in.

As a 15+ year resident of Katy IMO the best place to buy and live in would be this one at this time:

The entire area around them is building up rapidly. It has a mixed community.
