  1. If the keys were found and turned in they should be holding them in the office. Call the venue.

  2. I went with my mom to the Philips Arena to see a concert. In the process...she thought she was sticking her ticket stub into her pouch that she wore around her waist. It didn't go in there, but instead, must have fallen behind the pocket and fell onto the floor. There were ushers there to check the tickets and direct people to their seats. One of them found my mom's ticket and told her to go over to their supervisor and pick it up. We went over there and sure enough, this lady had my mom's ticket. I'd imagine it's the same way...the supervisors are given whatever is found, by the local employees. They usually hold the "lost and found" type items.

  3. I found this phone number on their website. It is for the box office, but maybe they can help you.

    404-443-5090 - General Information

And here is the link to the website:

    http://www.ticketmaster.com/venue/114696...

Good luck...hope you find what was lost!

  4. I'm sure they do.  Call them and ask them.  They're pretty nice and I'm sure they will be glad to try to help you.

  5. Most venues like that warn you or post a sign saying they are not responsible for your belongings.
