Lakewood Amphitheatre In Atlanta, Ga???

Question

People that have been there: Can you see well from the lawn???

Yes you can.  i saw Radiohead there a few years back (I think it's actually called the Hi-Fi Buys Amphitheatre or it was at the time).  The lawn still has a very good view of the main stage as long as you don't position yourself behind the soundboard and lighting stands.

Personally, I would rather be on the lawn than the seats. Lakewood is a great venue for lawn seating. There is normally enough room to really stretch out in in the grass on your blanket, the sound is great and you get to people watch as well. haha ;)  You can see fine! The screens that the artist(s) are on is pretty large and you can still see the stage "okay" too.

I've seen Santana, Macy Gray, 99x Big Day out and many many moons ago I seen Spice Girls with my sisters. LOL!!

Yes you can see but it's a long way back.

There are 7,000 reserved seats.

The seating chart goes like this.  The 100 section (in front of the stage) goes from row A to row Y (25 rows) the 200 section goes from AA - FFF (32 rows) The laws seats are behind the 200 section.

So there are approximately 57 rows of seats in front of the lawn.

You can see but it's not the best view in the world. If you really want to see the show you should upgrade to the seats below. Plus, it's more comfortable than sitting/lying in the grass.
