I've had it before.. the meat is delicious but hard to get to... Cook it in a soup - dont eat the brain though...

In India a lamb head is consider a precious plate.To some countries,fish heads are more expensive than meats.

I have never seen a head alone at least from a closer look.

Actually Lamb head, also called Capusel (I dont recall how to spell it) used to be quite traditional. Italians love to eat the eyes, brains, cheeks and tounge. Yeah, ill.
