The Merseyside team romped to a thumping 3-0 win against the Canaries at the Carrow Road, after striker Luis Suarez fired a startling hat-trick for the Reds. However, the win kept them at the eighth place in the league table, and they will play three more
league games, before the season winds up.
Nevertheless, the 42-year old Scott was of the opinion that Liverpool are one of the best clubs in English football, and that his side were completely outplayed by a better team on Saturday.

The defeat kept Norwich at the 13th spot in the table and they are almost certain of a Premier League stay next season, being nine points clear of the relegation zone. The Canaries will play two more league games in the season.
However, Lambert cautioned his side against complacency and called upon them to bounce back in the next two games, after suffering three successive defeats against Liverpool, Blackburn http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rovers-c40385 and Manchester City.
“It's been a really hard season. We've had to be right on our game to get any points whatsoever,” he stated.

Nevertheless, he raved about his side’s achievement in view of the whole season, and mentioned that they had done remarkably well to attune themselves to the fast pace and demanding nature of the Premier League football. He also revealed that the club’s
objective at the start of the season was to ensure that the Canaries do not get relegated upon their return to the top division.
“Everyone is new to this league and the tempo of the game is a lot quicker. The calibre of player is extremely high and we've had to adapt to that.”
