My DLP HDTV lamp was busted.I replaced it with new replacement part, butthe lamp won't turn on. I checked the power to the lamp ballast( it is only 10V)The power supply has 110V input, but the output going to the lamp ballast is only 10V. What is supposed to be problem? Could it be the power supply? If so where can I find the part supplier for this. ThanksNoe
