Leicestershire 179/4 (20/20 ov) – Leicestershire won the toss and chose to bat
In the first game of the day, Leicestershire after winning the toss chose to bat first against Lancashire in their Friends Life T20 game at Old Trafford, Manchester and bolstered an impressive total of 179 runs by the end of their 20 overs, for the loss of just four wickets.
Leicestershire’s batting was spearheaded by all-rounder, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Abdul-Razzaq-c41623, who came in as an opener and ripped apart Lancashire’s daunting bowling attack.

With 29 runs on the board, Leicestershire had lost three of their main batsmen and were caught in an ugly place, however, this was the time when Razzaq decided to go berserk on the bowlers as he launched a brazen batting onslaught, hammering the bowlers out of town without a hint of remorse.
The phenomenal all-rounder was backed by AG Boyce as the two forged a lethal combination and an exhibition of outstanding ball smashing batting.

Meanwhile, Boyce stayed unbeaten on a fiery knock of 63 runs off 38 deliveries alongside WA White (19) to help the team amass an intimidating total on the board.
Lancashire will now need to give a unified batting performance in order to subdue their opponents and chase down this nifty total.
