is a trade for lance B. and Tim Lincecum for josh hamilton, ryan dempster, and conor jackson a good trade?

It is absolutley not.  Tim Lincecum pitches a lot of innings and will accumulate plenty of strikeouts.  You also have Lance Berkman, who is batting a high average, has almost 60 RBI, hits for power, and can even steal bases.  Josh Hamilton and Ryan Dempster are great players, but Dempster will probably cool off.  Don't make this trade, you will regret it.

I wouldn't do it personally.  You've got great results in Berkman and huge upside in Lincecum.  Hamilton is off to a great start but who knows if that'll last, Dempster is declining since the start of the season, and the Diamondbacks do not have great fantasy offensive stats.
