I just think Lance Franklin is an exceptionally talented young player making a positive contribution in, I think, his second AFL season.  the AFL recognises Playing contributions with Hall of Fame and Legend induction at the 'end'  of playing careers , so why rush the LEGEND thing .   Why not sit back and watch this young man's career unfold, and enjoy the pleasure of what his  football talents can provide !!!

Franklin has done well for the Hawks lately and I'm very impressed with his performance.

If the kid is a legend he'll prove himself this year. Testing times will be against big teams!

Going by your previous answer to a Lance Franklin question, it seems that you don't like Lance.

I think the kid has talent, he has shown that in past 2 weeks. Buddy can play, and will be a star player in time. Lance is no one hit wonder, but he will become a legend.

legend- i put in the same boat as the greg inglis of rugby league a freak of nature that has the skill set to be a formidable footballer....

I have been following him since he played for the first time a few seasons again and can not say how impressed i am,,,

The kid has real talent, but has to show greater consistency to go down as a genuine legend.  He also needs to work on the defensive side of his game - he tends to let his opponent run off him too easily.

Definitely not a one hit wonder however.

I gotta say his a genuine legend i go for Hawthorn and when he kicks those exciting goals it just makes you wanna jump out of your chair!
