There are millions of islands in the world yet to be explored on land space, is money important for development or racism is more important than money and international trades, you decide?

  1. Yes, land can be purchased. It is very very expensive, from hundreds of billions, to tens of trillions. Some land is valued at hundreds of trillions.

California in USA is worth some 100 Trillion as far as I know. It is very hard to put a price on land and its contents and there are a variety of factors that go into effect to determine this.

Obviously buying land from a more poor nation is the best method. Africa is being depopulated, and its land is very affordable. Russia is very underpopulated. Parts of south america are very poor and underpopulated.

*I would say that with college - governmet should be reduced to ZERO involvement. This would allow the free market to build new colleges to meet the demand. There is no reason why government should be involved in school systems - other than to limit them, and hold them back from thier natural movement forward - which is inevitable in government free school systems. Race and s*x should be a non issue. And in a true free market including schools, that descrimination would not be required to reduce applicant numbers. It is heartbreaking thinking that because of race or s*x someone is not being allowed to proggress in life.
