Landfills in the Philippines

What are some popular landfills located in the Philippines..in your opinion, are these landfills located properly? why or why not?

I can only think of the Manila Bay Reclamation Area.

It must be properly located.  The City has such fine engineers.  And I believe there is a building boom over there now.

I am in a construction company in Saudi Arabia, and we are experts in "Cut And Fill".

When we are bored, we cut (dig up) a place and with the earth and aggregate therefrom,  we fill up another area which we dug up the day before.

Hope none of us find our way back there, or you will see the tall buildings start to sink all of a sudden.
