Landmarks of the simpson desert???????

hey i've been across the simpson and the only main features were

- THe big red sand dune (actual name not mucking about)

-Dalhousi springs (no idea how to spell it)

and birdsville the town on the western outskirts

there was also a place were the 4 states joined toegther
