Lanesdown Drop wins the Grade A1 Bet on your mobile @ Williamhill.Com Stakes at Newcastle
Lanesdown Drop achieved top position with a huge margin of 3 ¼ lengths in the Grade A1 Bet on your mobile @ Williamhill.Com Stakes, held at Newcastle last night. The race was run over a distance of 480 meters.
The b***h had to wrest the title from five competitors including Cashen Loca, Redstone Mark, Target Jackie, Fabulous Squall and Black Ops.
T G Edgar’s trainee was the most favourite runner with the odds of 7 to 4.
When the break call came, Lanesdown Drop, broke from trap 4 with sheer force and soon led all. She avoided all possible hindrances during her run, and with her smooth and fast pace, she soon pulled away from her opponents.
The daughter of Lanesdown Think finally touched the finish line in 29.00 seconds flat. She finished first for the fourth time in her career, and she kicked off her racing career in November 2011. She has run only 11 races so far.
The way the b***h performed yesterday was impressive. She beautifully established herself as the favourite runner for her upcoming events. Lanesdown Drop was whelped in May 2010.
The second position went to, Cashen Loca, who demonstrated a clear run, but did not bother to catch up with the eventual winner. After breaking from trap 5, the b***h rushed ahead with confidence, and managed to keep back runners at bay.
Finally, the daughter of Shakira Live, completed the distance in 29.26 seconds, trailing by 3 ¼ seconds. Cashen Loa ended up with this position for the second time in her short career. Whelped in April 2010, the b***h is trained by JJ Fenwick.
Redstone Mark beautifully grabbed the third spot by finishing in 29.34 seconds, with a difference of just one length. The white and black dog broke from trap 1, and ran on swiftly towards the finish line. He is trained by A C Dawson.
The 1st prize worth of £118 went to Lanesdown Drop. Each of the other racers earned £20. The winner got great applause for her tremendous performance which was evident of her inherent skills and unnerved stamina. After the race,
the experts predicted that the b***h will make impact in her upcoming races.
