In 3 weeks I will moveto fance for a year to become an englisg language assistant in a french school. I'm curious as to what my french will sound like to the french kids. To me,all french sounds the same, but obviously there are different accents. Will my accent sound Parisian? Or will it be radom, a mixture of lots of different accents?

hmm, this is a stupid question i know, but im just a little curious

  1. Your accent will sound American, but your syntax and pronunciation will likely sound Parisian.

  2. Sorry don't really have the answer to your question but I was wondering where in France ? I am working in Cannes at the moment and finding it reallh hrd to pick up French, which area are you moving to and do you already speak fluent French.

To answer your question we need to know where in the UK you are from as I am from the north of England and my partner s from the south, ( they all think she speaks alot nicer than myself.
