Language problem may occur ?

Question

I hold the answer of starting orphanage in Tamilnadu, Delhi, Bihar

But strongly recomonded is Tamil nadu

I think this should be the right place,

But the language problem may occur?

Anyway In next month I will try to register my society for the same.

Hi in tamil nadu people perhaps would not speak hindi but can understand. Language is not a big deal for the people who are involved in doing as u do. Dont regret about the language. Before human beings started grasping, they used music as a language and there were pretty good hearts though>>>> My best wishes for you. Tamilnadu will take care of you and ur belongings.
