Language program help please!!?

Hey im going overseas soon and i want to download a free turkish language vocab builder but i cant find a good one!! many of the ones that i have tried are free when downloading but after a couple of hours switches off because they are all trial versions:( does anyone know a really good program that would be effective? thanks so much!! xx
