Question

3rd party company came out to setup the MFP. We took care of the network side. All was working and one day can't print and the printer does not see the dhcp server. Did all the usual trobleshooting. The support company claims that there is and sd type card that stays in the back of the machine that makes it work. I said if that was the case why am I able to copy and fax. I think it's the NIC. I get a solid green light and no activity. They don't want to replace that for free, so they want $1000.00 for a new SD type card. I can not find any help online.
