Lanzar head unit won't power on when speakers are hooked up??

I have a Lanzar aftermarket HU and I'm trying to hook it up and the wiring seems good but the HU won't power on if everything is hooked up (speakers). If just the yellow, red, and black ground are hooked up it will work. But once a speaker is wired it won't turn on, it just flashes and won't power up. Any ideas?

make sure none of your speaker wires are touching and hook the yellow with the power
