Laos Visa Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon)?

Is it possible to purchase a Laos visa in HCMC (Saigon)? If so, how much and how long to process? (Canadian National)

You don't need to get your visa in Saigon.  If you do it will cost more than just getting as you cross the border into Lao.  Yes, They have Visas on arival so its no big deal. bring a couple of passport photos to speed up the process but they will give you one right at the entry port.
