my hp laptop, when i turn it on the first screen i see is options of safe mode with network and so forth,then the screen pops up showing windows xp,then turns off turns back on and goes back to options again and would not let me get into any other options. my computer info is s/n:cnd4100173 ,p/n/n:dz357u#aba,product:presario R3000 nothing follows
