when ever i turn my lap top on, it goes through the gate way sighn then the screen goes black and it comes up saying that an error occured reading the disk in drive press ctrl, alt, dlt to restart, and nothing else. ive done what it said a thousand times, restarted it and evry thin. what should i do??:*(
