Laptop Notebook Cooling Pad That's Comfortable??

Question

Which laptop cooling pad is actually *comfortable* on the lap?

All the pads I've seen, and used, are made for a desk... like the underside isn't solid - so when you put it on your lap, it digs into your legs or feels so uncomfortable - not fun :/

Not that I have seen either. You're best shot, and cheapest one too is to make your own. All you need is a small wooden regtangular frame the size of you laptop, and then some PVC piping that will lead to the spot where the fan is. Then simply add in one or two small fans that will blow in air from the side. I would use fans off of the old PENTIUM I processors.

Then put some sort of  foam cushioning on the bottom of it.
