Laptop Running Without Add Ons??

Question

for the past 3 weeks my laptop has been running without add ons which means i can watch youtube videos..listen to music etc. i tryed everything the computer said like 1.Exit Browsers and Reopen Windows For Add Ons To Be Enabled <<That Didnt Work

2. Go To Tools And Click Manage Add Ons <<The Selection is gray and i cant selected it so i dont know wut to do plz help

Go to control panel\Internet Options\Programs and click on the manage add-ons button.

The selection in tools in Internet Explorer is automatically grayed out when in the running without add-ons mode.
