Laptop carn't find My us Robotics Router help...

Hi..I recently Reset my vista basic laptop due to a virus and ever since it won't find my router,My brothers connection still works fine, My desktop Computers Internet is also fine. the only difference i an see is that my brothers laptop has a program called ESB which came with the laptop and i had until i reinstalled everything Help Will be greatly appreciated Thanks Jake.
