Laptop help Please???

Question

Okay So I am traveling out of the U.S pretty soon, and well the laptop I had got mesed up and I rarley used it so I just gave it to my friend whos dad fixes computers. Now that I'm fixing to travel I need a wireless laptop, But I need some help on which kind of laptop and what brand is the best. I will be using it very often (to e-mail, check messeges, upload pics, and updating my website). Is dell a good brand? Well Just post what type of laptop you think is the best/or is the best. Also please tell me where I can buy the laptop, I dont want to order anything off of line I pefer to buy it in the store.

dell always has the best computers and you can get them in pretty colors!

i hav a dell inspiron 1525 and it works great i mean its quick it works great. i never hav problems wit it u can always get it online or at stores. hope u find a great laptop like mine

I have a Dell Inspiron, and it works pretty good.  I bought it with Windows Vista Home Premium, Intel Core 2Duo, I don't know about memory but I think it has 2G and 160MB of Hard Drive, it came with integrated mini-wireless card, Blue-Tooth, SD card slot.  I shopped on-line and bought it at Best Buy including the software (Exel, Word, Powerpoint) for $1,100.  Shop around and compare packages and warranty, don't worry so much about brands.
