Laptop. my laptop has no picture in the LCD. the drivers are not working & only the power is

Question

my laptop has no picture in the LCD. the drivers are not working & only the power is working & battery. can u please help with my problem. the internet was updating this & after that it hanged & i removed the battery to restart again. I noticed that the LCD was black color only & i keep on repeating the operation.
