Laptop not picking up router signal since i got bak on vacation(Fios Router)?

Question

Hey guys i left on vacation to Myrtle Beach for about a week.And before i left my laptop was fine.

But when i got bak yesterday it was not picking up the router signal.And when it did it was slow.Like slower than dial-up slow.

I wanted to know wat the problem was.

Oh yea this is An Action tec Fios Router from Verizon

is your wireless aeral swiched on on your laptop if not try pressing Fn and f1 together. Or it could be your router makesure its on all the wires are in properly and so on.

I've had some odd issues with their router...I use my own access-point connected to their router for wireless now.

First, turn off the router for 10 seconds to reboot it - that may fix it and it's the easiest thing to try.

Call Verizon FiOS support and they should be able to help you...if you want to skip the answering system prompt, keep pressing 0 (zero).  Verizon is responsible for helping you with their rented equipment.
