Laptop wireless internet free ?

i have a modem do i just set up a router to that and is free or do i have to pay my laptop has a wifi card btw.

no you just go and get a router from like walmart for 50 bucks, then it connects to your internet, with no added internet charges

Use  a wireless card on the laptop and it will find your wireless router and now it's free.

if your laptop has a wireless wi fi card, it will search for all available networks, look on the list it generates, and look for the ones that are free
