Question:

Laptop won't boot from external CD drive yet...

tried to boot from internal CD/DVD drive but couldn't.i then connected an external CD/DVD drive and still-no success.But when u put in any Cd after logging on,it is not read or it's read after about 20 minutes of speedy spinning.Please, i need your help, thanks.
