Laptop wont startt! ?

i have a dell latitude . when i press the power button, the start up process starts , then a black screen comes up saying we're sorry for the inconvenience and some other stuff , then has choices for start up . when i choose i start up , it looks like it is going to work , but then a blue box pops up on the screen with a bunch of letter , but it doesn't stay up long enough for me to even read a little bit of it . then the computer restarts and the whole process goes again. i tried every option of start up , but the same thing happens. what's wrong with it and how do i fix it?

Try starting in safe mode, turn the computer on and hit F8/F12 simultaneously.

Failing that you'll need to take it to a specialist, unless you have the Windows CD that came with your PC, put that in and see if you can boot with that, or you'll have to wipe your computer and start over.

if you have a factory restore disc put it in and turn your computer on.

if not turn your computer on holding f10 down it should start a factory restore.

to find lost files, folders , programs ,etc.

click start

click run

enter file, folder(such as my documents)

click OK
