Laptop wont turn on philips freevents x51. hi my laptop went off on its own and wont come back on.

hi my laptop went off on its own and wont come back on. but when i press the power button the power light and wireless comes on, but to life on the system no hard drive noise or fan noise just a black screen. if i leave the laptop pluged into the wall for long it gets warm like it normaly does but its dead? any idears
