  1. Why do all the PC companies have to load up these machines, but they do the simplest tasks?  Except gaming, but that is a whole different story.  ~ : (

  2. of all the opinions, I would have to say Dell, and it reallly depends on what you want.

If you want media editing graphics editing, you can now find equivilent software on pc's that macs can use, but macs are built specifically for media softwares.

If you want anything else, you need to have PC, because Mac is never guarenteed to even be able to run the software, let alone be compatible. Most of the software out there has a 20% chance of working on a mac anyway if it hasn't been reverse engineered to be on it yet.

So that breaks it down to the PC race

Toshiba computers - Laptops are a disgrace to humanity, the computers that they make over heat real easily and typically they use real cheap heat gel in the systems which causes this.

Sony - Not much better but it is still better. Still have some general problems with vista that could be solved in later updates such as screen resolution problems but overall not as atrocious as the Toshiba.

Compaq/HP - ... I will not even speak on this, its worse that the toshiba is...

Dell/Gateway - Honestly some of the best computers you can have. I say this from experience and not going with norms here, the dells are overall compatible with alot of things and you cant get that with some computers these days. Gateways too, though they still have a slight problem with compatibilty, they should be fine working with vista now.

Lenovo - purely a think tank, dont get unless you are going to be doing alot of like engineering programs.

Acer - Same as HP, atrocious.

  3. i think macbbok is the best laptop but i love hp.

  4. Buy a MacBook.  They are the best laptops out there.

  6. I would go with the sony because sony is the best in everything

The other ones are good but may have little problems
