Question:

Largan Easy 300 will not turn on

I have put in fresh batteries, removed and replaced my memory card and even have hooked it out to a wall adapter but my camera only shows a red light like it's on, but the screen is black and I cannot take any pictures. I am a Graphic Artist and I REALLY NEED MY CAMERA!
