There are a couple of casinos on Fremont Street (under the covered walkway) that offer these humongous burgers (don't know about 5 lb. exactly). I can't remember exactly which ones, but if you walk up and down the Fremont Street Experience, you will see the signs on the entrances. If I remember correctly, though, they will be the ones closer to Main Street/Las Vegas Blvd (towards the western end).
