Question:

Large Blindspot?

Just wanted to map my blindspot on my left eye. I didn't do my right eye, it may be slightly different due to my astigmatism.

Here is the map: http://i32.tinypic.com/2qa2zx5.jpg

I had my face about 20" from the monitor. Some of the edges I can see sticking out a bit, i didn't do it to perfect.

Is that a normal size, or roughly for a blindspot?

  1. hahahahahahhaha just try like wacking your eye with a bat or run into the corner of a table that might work cause then you wont be able to see at all so it will go away

  2. You must have a bigger monitor than me...

For me it works at about 12--14", and I can make about 80%that black blob disappear, trying to find the best fixation spot (which I may not have quite located)

It certainly doesn't look remarkable, on the basis of such an uncalibrated test.
