Large circular object at Ground Zero in NYC ?

Question

We were just in NYC for the first time and went to Ground Zero. It is mostly a construction site now, I guess building the Freedom Tower and all. What I am wondering is, what is the large circular object that seems to be on it's side? We were wondering if it is left-over "debris" from the fall of the towers or is it something to do with the new tower or site.

Just curious.....

It is not debris.  Thankfully all of that was removed and processed.  I will look next time I am "down town".  I am sure someone will tell you exactly what it is before I see it, though.
