yes yes make fun, I don't care. Anyway, the braces situation has been up in the air with my parents lately. The rest of my teeth are relatively perfect -- not crooked at all. Is there any way that I can avoid getting braces and fix it some other way? please tell me price ranges and what would be better.

thanks very much

  1. if you didnt loose all of your teeth yet,

then you dont need braces. the new

teeth will probably just push your teeth

together. thats what happened with my

teeth. but try using that invisible braces

that you can put in or out. or a retainer.

  2. i think you should ask about invisalign

it kinda like a retainer but it actually straightens your teeth

but sometimes it can end up costing more than braces but check out the website

  3. Why would you want to get that fixed?  Does it affect things when you eat?  I think your dentist would be able to better answer this question.

  4. To fix the front gap between your central incisor teeth, you can either use:

1 - Use Teeth Effect Bands

    2 - Bonding (white fillings).

    3 - Porcelain veneers.

    4 - Orthodontistry with braces.

    5 - Invisible orthodontistry (Invisalign).

You should go see a dentist or orthodontist and get your teeth checked so he/she can tell you the price range for your braces.

On average, patients should expect braces to cost between $4,000 and $10,000. Yours will probably be about $4000.

You could use a product called Invisilign that is like clear plastic trays that you wear in your mouth. They are removable for approximately 9-15 months. (Invisalign is expensive!)

If you get braces, you'll only need them for only two/three months, which had a rubber band threaded between the brackets and a curving wire in between.

Or you can get fillings for about $300.

  5. No clue about your age but I was young (8ish) when I had the gap. The dds used simple dental rubber bands, like the ones for braces, around the two teeth to draw them together. It turned out very well. However, if you are older this may cause your other teeth to shift out of alignment.

  6. Hi,  Believe me I'm no one to make fun.  I have a space almost that big, over jet on the ones next to those and BAD over bite.  I'm 14 and am being in braces ( getting them on in 3 weeks ) for about two years.  Your other teeth are basically PERFECT!  And your bite seems good also.  So I would say 6 months to a year.  Depending on the force the dentist uses.  Depending on wear you live about $4000 Should get the job done.  If you don't want braces you could get invisilign ( if your dentist offers it and your a canident ). Thank you for posting your question, The best of luck with your teeth!
