Hi, where is the largest population of white people in the greater Toronto area? And what area of the Toronto has the largest population of black people? Please provide town(s) or city sections.

These are the statistics on the whole city breakdown of different ethnicities.  I couldn't find it broken into each neighborhood or area of the city, however.  It is possible you could get some idea by searching public chool enrollment aggregate records, which should be public record, and fairly reflective of the surrounding communities on the whole.
