Anyone know if any of the resort restauarants offer taster menu's?

Definitely Nobu at the Hard Rock. Absolutely AMAZING.

I dont know the names but if you want high end for sure the bellagio or the wynn would be right up your ally,, check their websites for the restaurants they have to offer..
