Las Vegas and Cheap Motels with Kitchenettes?

In Las Vegas Nevada where can I find an inexpensive motel with rooms with kitchenette in the range of like $175 - $200 a week and that's not a slum or in it?

It's only 2 blocks from the Las Vegas strip, and across the street from the Monorail station. It has everything you will need. Their suites include separate living area with a sofa bed, wet bar, and a mini refrigerator.

Embassy Suites or Budget Suites are your best bets.  Check the websites for pricing. I don't believe most of these establishments are in bad areas.  Basically, the farther you get from the strip, the nicer the area will be.
