Las Vegas cancelled?

Question

I have been hearing rumors that Las Vegas has been cancelled! I can't find any definate information that this is true, I can't find anything to prove it false either?

YES! Can't believe it but it's true! Not sure how they could leave us hanging the way the did. They could AT least have like a 2 hr. finale to close it up. I heard there is a petition out somewhere but haven't found it yet.

In the final season, only 19 episodes of the originally planned 22 episode season were filmed at the time the show was cancelled. The final episode was a cliffhanger with many issues left unresolved and will remain unresolved according to TV Guide Canada . However, Michael Ausiello of TVGuide said that there are plans, should a proper resolution not be possible, to have the characters of Danny McCoy and Delinda Deline cameo in an episode of Knight Rider carrying a newborn

NBC announced on April 2, 2008, that the show would not be returning for the next season.
