Las Vegas problem!!!?

I realize the legal drinking and gambling age is 21 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

I was wondering if there was someone 18 in a casino or older-age restaurant if that was still legal...although they never drank or gambled and stayed away from the machine(gamble) floor.

  1. yea jus dont step onto the casino side i got kicked out the casino twice....my sis got kicked out 4 times luckily she was only nine

  2. They would allow you to go to the restaurants. They would allow you to go to the shows, the pool, and the lobby. They would ask you to move on if you were hanging around the gambling area. Most places have several other things you can do.

  3. An underage person can eat in a restaurant.  You can walk inside the casino, just keep on the path and keep moving.

  4. THe NRS says no one under 21 in the casino, that includes the bar and slots and tables.  You can go into the restaurants.

  5. Restaurants dont have a legal eating age. And restarants are technically part of the hotel and not casino.

You are a free to do whatever you want in a hotel/casino as long as you dont actually gamble. You can even walk the casino floor, as long as you dont "stop". They really dont care much about that, they just want to make sure you dont actually play the games.
