  1. slots is the ultimate gamble and with the onset of technology Vegas can pretty much go down to the moment it gives a win.....I dont play slots i play blackjack. You can control your loses and sometimes wins (if u get good enough). You really cannot have any clues about payoffs in slots. I know its not my imagination either when i say i have seen like 5 places advertise that THEY have the best slot payouts. My great grandma lives there and she swears Sam's Town does (i dont really know though)

  2. No question that the strip has the lowest payouts in town, MGM included. Your best bet consistantly is at the off-strip locals casinos. An unscientific study was done a few years back by the "Wizard of Odds" and he concluded that the Palms had the best return on 5 cent slots.

  3. I think slots are for mindless losers (no offense... but you can change today).  try the black jack tables.

  4. The Review-Journal chose the Palms in their "best of 2008" section for Best slots.

  5. I would not say it is limited to certain casinos. You may win more by staying away from the newer more hyped up casinos. The older casinos may pay better in slots.

In any casino you can find higher paying slot machines compared to the rest.

    1. Look for your high payout slots.. 98 percent payout slots are very high payout slots, granted the 98 percent is through the life of the machine but can be better compared to 75 percent in other machines.

    2. Play the slots near the entrance. These slots may hit more often to lure more people deeper into the casino to gamble while creating an image of winnings.

    3. Play slots in the corner of the casino that is less traveled. I have won more on these slots myself personally in Amsterdam, but also more gambling shows say that too.

    4. Play Expensive.  More expensive slots pay slightly better.

  6. The all pay about the sasme

  7. We got told when we visited Vegas last year the casinos Downtown(Fremont st) had loose slots but we didn't get down there long enough to try our luck
